The Demonstration Electric Motor is a ready built fully functional unit
showing all the essential features of a simple motor as taught in the KS4
syllabus. A single rectangular coil rotates in a linear magnetic field with a
simple commutator and brush arrangement. Field directions can be reversed by
reversing the ferrite slab magnets and current direction can be reversed by
reversing the leads. Voltages 1.5V - 6V.
